ROUNDTABLE
Roundtable is a form of supplemental training held monthly on a district basis. Roundtable provides Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venturing leaders an opportunity to share ideas and activities with leaders from other units. It is a source of continuing information. White Oak River District
Roundtable is a form of commissioner
service and supplemental training for scout volunteers at all levels.
The objective of roundtables is to give these leaders program ideas;
information on policy, events, and training opportunities; and an
opportunity to share experiences and enjoy fun and fellowship with other
Scouting leaders. Roundtable Staff will give ideas and skills to help Scout leaders to
give a fun and exciting program to their scouts. Roundtable staff
members will always give BSA policy correct information, no personal
opinions or personal feelings should be confused as policy.
District Roundtable meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. District Roundtable is held at Church of Jesus Christ of LDS, 300 Brynn Marr Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28546. Starts at 7:00 and take's about 1 hour.
